The 2025 Fall Meeting is scheduled to be held at The Galt House, in Louisville, Kentucky from Saturday, October 11 through Tuesday, October 14, 2025.  We know this will be a very well attended event, so do not delay!

Early Bird Delegate Registration: $1750
($1850 after 9/22/2025)

Subsequent Delegate Registration: $1650
($1750 after 9/22/25)

Guest/Spouse: $550

Children: $150

A DELEGATE is a company representative.  There should be at least one Delegate Registration from every company attending.  PLEASE NOTE: Each additional delegate with the same company will receive a $100 discount.  Please make sure you register at least two delegates at one time to receive this discount.

A GUEST/SPOUSE is anyone who accompanies a Delegate or Subsequent Delegate (i.e. spouse/partner/significant other) not working for the company.
