IFI is launching a new virtual HR workshop series designed to bring HR, training and manufacturing leaders together for practical conversations about workforce challenges facing the fastener industry.

Our first session will be held Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. EDT.

Where Are We Most at Risk?

We’ll focus on identifying the people and knowledge problems that could put safety, quality, delivery or growth at risk. This will be an interactive session featuring discussions, polling, practical exercises and peer input, not simply another webinar to listen to in the background.
