IFI is launching a new virtual HR workshop series designed to bring HR, training and manufacturing leaders together for practical conversations about workforce challenges facing the fastener industry.

Our third session will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2027, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. EDT.

• Apprenticeship program best practices & how to get involved, broadening approach to overall talent pipeline development

This virtual session is free for IFI members. Where possible, SHRM recertification credit will also be provided.
