SUBJECT: IFI HR Virtual Workshop: AI for the Lean HR & Training Team | July 13

Hello,

IFI is launching a new virtual HR workshop series designed to bring HR, training and manufacturing leaders together for practical conversations about workforce challenges facing the fastener industry.

Our fourth session will be held Tuesday, July 6, 2027, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. EDT.

AI for the Lean HR & Training Team

• Practical ways to save time, improve training and solve workforce problems
• Takeaway: AI Opportunity Finder: Where Could AI Help Our HR & Training Team?

This virtual session is free for IFI members. Where possible, SHRM recertification credit will also be provided.

Before the workshop: We would appreciate your input through a brief survey. Your responses will help us tailor the discussion around the real workforce challenges IFI member companies are facing today.
