KEYPROD provides a production monitoring solution that enables manufacturers to digitalize their workshops quickly. Our technology turns shop floors into connected, data-driven environments where performance is visible and corrective actions are measurable.

KEYPROD combines non-intrusive Plug & Play IoT devices with a cloud-based SaaS platform, both developed specifically for discrete manufacturing environments. The core principle is straightforward: machine vibrations are used as a universal, non-intrusive signal to translate machine activity into reliable, actionable performance indicators accessible through the platform.

KEYPROD is not a predictive maintenance solution. Vibration data is used to enable fast deployment on any type of machine, without complex wiring, integration, PLCs connection, or production disruption.

The IoT devices magnetically attach directly to machines and are installed in minutes. Collected data is then centralized in the web platform designed for industrial use, providing real-time visibility into key production KPIs such as OEE, cycle times, downtime, loss Pareto, stop causes, and quality-related losses. The platform is accessible remotely by operators, supervisors, and managers to support daily operations and continuous improvement.

Thanks to this Plug & Play approach, KEYPROD adapts to all machines—from legacy equipment to the most recent CNCs—making it possible to digitize a workshop in 15 minutes. In practice, customers typically achieve 10 to 15% OEE (or production rate) improvement per equipped machine within the first year.
